The kitchen cabinets are they using solid ply, even they are using solid ply ask them whether they are using China or Indonesia. I do not need to hack the tiles and kitchen cabinet to demolish as this is a new flat and the floor is raw. they will advise on the powerpoint and pipping again The base is for kitchen cabinet, not washing machine or fridge. Thanks Oh ok, so u do see the sample of eproxy flooring, do the ID give warranty on that? Yes, asking for the brand of the laminate they going to use. 2 year warranty is too short. Sorry, I do not have any ID to recommend although my friend is presently working as an ID. Had not seen his work yet. I didn't engage any ID to do my house reno. Is not a very popular selling brand in Singapore, that why it cheap. Maybe because it does not provide longer warranty as most brand was like min.15yrs to lifetime warranty. Plumping is needed unless u want to do the installation yourself. For everything to do at the cost of $10K is consider cheap already. Good luck to u and happy reno.
