1) hacking btw kitchen and living room - (subject to P.E endorsement $500) = $360

2) Disposal of reno debris = FOC

Mansory works

3) To make a good wall btw kitchen and living = $360

4) to construct cement sitiing with both side support and lay tiles finish at master toilet = $280

5) to constrict 50mm cabinet base at kitchen =$270

6) to supply and labour to apply enfoxy flooring **** and passageway = $720

Miscellaneous/General services

7) to install 10mm frosted tempered glass swing door w/lock at master toilet and common toilet =$1100

8) install 10mm tempered glass shower screen at master =$460

9) install laminated flooring in 3 bedroom with skirting = $1720

10) ICI emulsion paint on all doors, rooms, celings...walls =$1150

11)laying of cardboard protection =$180

12) chemical wash on toilet and kitchen and general cleaning upon completion = FOC

Hi,

Do be careful regarding these prices, example. after demolishing the wall do they patch up the wall. The kitchen cabinets are they using solid ply, even they are using solid ply ask them whether they are using China or Indonesia.

U are talking abt corrugated paper rite. Very Cheap only mah. A big roll only cost $10-$20

Seems to me that u won't be doing hacking of tiles etc and you got no existing kitchen cabinet to demolish. But Don't they need to redo the power point and pipings. Inlet and outlet.

Yup. I do not need to hack the tiles and kitchen cabinet to demolish as this is a new flat and the floor is raw. they will advise on the powerpoint and pipping again

The base is for kitchen cabinet, not washing machine or fridge.

Yup. I do not need to hack the tiles and kitchen cabinet to demolish as this is a new flat and the floor is raw. they will advise on the powerpoint and pipping again

The quotation consider reasonable. But u sure on doing eproxy flooring? Check what laminate flooring they providing u, u don't want to change flooring after 2 yrs right?

installation of 2 water heater or storage heater $240

installation of bathroom accessories - $150

the whole reno still cost about $10k....

thought plumping is FOC as my flat is new...do i need all these plumping

On the market now. you can get laminate floorboards which give life time warranty. If you need an ID pm me.

Heavy duty "firmaflor" or not u also can't spot the different. Is not a very popular selling brand in Singapore, that why it cheap. Maybe because it does not provide longer warranty as most brand was like min.15yrs to lifetime warranty.

Plumping is needed unless u want to do the installation yourself.

For everything to do at the cost of $10K is consider cheap already. Good luck to u and happy reno.
