Order Of Renovation Works

Hi everyone,

Am intending to use subcontractors (carpenter, electrician etc) for our reno, so would like to seek advice on order of the reno works... Not too sure on how to coordinate amongst the contractors..

1. Floor polishing - marble & parquet

2. Kitchen Cabinet

3. Toilet - change of WC, new vanity, fittings

4. Painting

5. Capentry works - Living rm, MBR

6. change of Aircon

From my opinion the sequence is

1. Toilet - Change of WC, new vanity fitting

2. Change Aircon

3. Kitchen Cabinet

4. Floor Polishing

5. Carpentry Work for Living room, MBR

6. Painting

Capentry works - Living rm, MBR

Toilet - change of WC, new vanity, fittings

Painting

Floor polishing - marble & parquet

Kitchen cabinet and carpentry may be same person.

Kitchen cabinet put in then do the kitchen basin, which sld be same time as plumber come do WC fittings.

Sometimes ppl use carpentry to hide the aircon pipes.

Floor polishing last as other trade may scratch marble/parquet
