False Ceiling, L Box And Down Lights - Need Help

Hi All,

I am planning to do up L Box / False Ceiling in my living and dining rooms. With down lights. Am not sure what are the market rates at the moment. My hall size is 3 m by 4 m. My dining is about the same size. Was thinking of juz having L Box **** area while dining comes with false ceiling.

Appreciate any form of help.

I got my relative's contact to do my false ceiling instead of letting my ID do the work.

False ceiling - $2.00 psf

L-box (no cove lighting) - $4.50 pfr

You can prob get the following from reno contractors (who still outsource the work)

False ceiling - $2.50 psf

L-box (no cove lighting) - $7.00 pfr

Price that Hamdan quoted is very much the lowest IDs can go, unless they are the bosses of the company, which means you can very much get the reno contractor's price

Used to have mel's false ceiling contact. But the boss told me he closing down end of last yr.
