If you are doing ceiling works (i.e. false ceilings and lightbox), that can easily set you back $1500 to $2500. Electrical works (extension of lighting points, switches etc.) can also set you back $1500 to $2500.

The ID that I intend to sign up tomorrow only charges $100 psf for kitchen cabinet (without the blum hinges). In fact, Classic Kitchen charges only about $103 psf for top cabinet and $120 psf for bottom (before GST) and they use hafale silent closing hinges and give you 3 Hettich V6 Quadro drawers.
