blue_diamond 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 Taugres not alot of selections. Think LSH got more selections. There's another SBH at Jurong, just opp IMM. Quite alot of mock ups on the 2nd flr, but alot of their tiles are from Italy/Spain etc. So there'll be different dimensions from China tiles (the usual tiles chosen). Even if their tiles stated 30 by 60cm, there'll be little differences like 31.5cm by 61.5cm. So it'll be rather impossible for the tilers to align the tiles if you choose from different countries.ok...i also saw there a new place name :ceremic city at balestier...just 5 mins walk from the LSH place...but selection is not alot. pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 Yup yup...he told me so. He explain that SL Ah Di is his frd, so he will try to support him...by recommend him la. Ultimately...it up to the owner to choose also... He even ask me to feedback to Ah Di that his display and shop layout is too old school and messy....cos uncle say "told him so many times liao...but still never change. U help me to tell him la"...hahahaha hahahah YES PLEASE TELL THEM! Although some of their display nice la.. but not very modern.. hehe service is pretty good though. familyof4 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 he mentioned to me when i was selecting tiles, SL ask him to support. When i feedback about the gal assigned to help us is unable to value-add by helping to suggest and give positive inputs, and kept telling me some tiles I had selected were above the $3 budget etc...that sort of put us off by going back to LSH instead. In fact our inital thoughts is to keep the tiles(to save cost),however after some thoughts...decide to do an overhaul... We will be placing a shower screen in the mbr toilet....but not sure if it will fit the space well. Mine is 21 years old flat, ard 122sqm....

apples 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2009 Congrats to your start of the reno journey .. Your house looks really big, especially the hall and kitchen. But the common toilet looks a bit dark in the picture ..
