Now almost completing still no quote. He said no time to do the quote. So was wondering how to create the VO. Even chinese quote also no finalised quote. Got a preliminary one but not not very accurate. same here...no quote. only have one, the inital discussed one. generally i added a set of bedside table, changed my PD door to bi-fold, added a study cum computer table. added some solid core laminates. Generally not much changes. my wooden framed doors changed to white powder coated aluminium instead after advise from ah wei.. I guess he will not charge VO since the amount is less than half a grand. I think it will be the other way for my case, I will be giving him VO. But if he chin chai, I also don't bother. I think pinkpetter also has them! With regards to top up and VOs, what happen to me was uncle will straightaway tell me if i need to top up. I was supposed to top up $100 for workmanship for my toilet, but in the end he couldnt be bothered to walk thru the house with me during HO and just rounded up the reno with the original amt on quotation. Hoho!! Mosaics in both toilets+kitchen also no need to top up. Don't worry too much peeps, i think the bill wun be too shocking if you didnt deviate too much from the original works. Actually I like your design so much that I copied the concept from you. Hope you don't mind. But end result turn out to be quite different maybe because my area is smaller. Very nice tiles selections. Think ur MBR toilet will be very cool. Ur kitchen woody floor tiles are those long thin strips or 30x60cm kinds? I got the 30x60cm ones for my foyer & balcony. I say later i no money to pay arh...haha...he says no money can pay slowly, no hurry But he really don't over charge. I am just afraid that he really under charge.
