Depending whether u need to hack your kitchen wall and floor tiles. The ft of your kitchen cabinet. Tiles you use. The price would varies $2K to $3K.

According to the quotation of my house. Let's make an assumption here that you are gonna hack your wall and floor tiles. Thats for resale flat leh.

Hacking

1) Hacking kitchen wall and floor tiles, toilet wall and floor tiles -lump sum

2) Supply labour & materials to dismantle ext`g toilet door - $2000

3) Supply labour & material to construct fridge, washing machine and kitchen cabinet base -$450

4) Supply labour & materials to screed 2 toilet flooring after hacking - $240

5) Haulage fee - $300

6) Debris fee - $300

7) Permit fee - FOC

8) Supply labour & materials to patch up affected area after hacking - $300

Tiling

9) Supply labour & materials to lay homogenous/ceramic wall tiles @ master room toilet -$1200

For my toilets, it was a complete hack and haul. And I hacked my kitchen floor and cemented over the kitchen tiles...

Including the shower screen, bifold door, plumbing, electrical and cabinets, I paid about $11k. My cabinets were bottom cabinets only.

Pinkpetter what do u mean by hacked your kitchen floor and cemented over kitchen tiles. Do you mean u hack the flooring but overlay the wall tiles?

Ah? sorry sorry for the confusion. I hacked the kitchen flooring and retiled. As for the walls, we cemented over the wall tiles and now i have a cemented wall lor. tileless walls.

Sometimes i don't like to see the quotation given by the contractors. It's so messy dunno whether purposely one or it's their style of work.

They dun do the breakdown of item into each classification, for new comers confirm blur one. Take for example. The quotation that i post and the one that ah huat given u, which one is more easily understood in a glance. If i breakdown ah huat quotation, u would understand what i meant by messy.
