Fixed Child Size Toilet Seat Cover

Anyone knows where to buy child size toilet bowl size cover? Not the family seat type but something like this : http://www.plumbingsupply.com/smalltoiletseats.html

All those that I can find are the black ugly ones and sadly the nice ones are all so readily available in US.

Please let me know which hardware shop if you happen to know cos I need about 5 pieces.

black ones? I yet to see black ones around. Anyway, I bought mine (white) from neighborhood shops. I've another blue one that comes with sponge/or cushioning but I cant recall where I got it from..could be from Metro or Kiddy Palace or Mothercare. That's more than 6 years ago.
