Angel81 1 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) Very nice place u've got there. After looking at the pics of your kitchen, think it'll be better to put the oven in the dry kitchen. U'll have worktops to do your baking/cooking and also space to put the hot trays after taking them out from the oven. The work flow will be easier. And same as apples, I prefer not to go on my knees to check my baking. One minus point to consider for putting the oven at the dry kitchen will be that if you intend to brown your meats before roasting them, you'll need to go from wet kitchen (hob) to dry kitchen (oven). Thanks, Angel! Yup, that's my concerns too.. about the workflow and benting my knees to check the baking. Most imptly, the heat from the oven. Was at a fren hse doing some baking and realised that it's pretty hot when the oven is baking....so putting it under the cooker might not be such a nice idea cos I might not be able to cook at the same time when I am baking. So the best way now is to have it at counter level, dry kitchen, which is almost impossible...need think REAL hard...
