Been a busy few days, met Mark from Wellmax (Thanks Tulips ) and gotten a pretty good quote from him to change my balcony & kitchen windows, also going with him for gates & bi-fold doors. Nice guy, I got excited by his prices and wanted to do the whole house initially but came back home, kanna whack by wife... Suppose to save money, went to spend even more $$$.

He was nice enough to re-calculate on Saturday evening and still give a good price, now to see their workmanship and will feedback once its completed. They'll be rushing to put up the kitchen frame this Tuesday, so that Yeak's men can continue tiling.

Also went to look for solar film and curtains over the weekend. Because of my curve balcony, have to custom-make the railings and maybe the curtain too...

Mark's guys came and install the kitchen window frame yesterday, also took out the living room windows, wife loves the brightness of the place:)

Yeak's tilers really friendly and good. Progress looks good, both toilets are completed, kitchen almost done, left living room flooring and kitchen flooring.

Royal Fanco will be delivering the sinks and stuff on Saturday morning. More payments to be made.....

Anyone with good contacts for wallpaper & curtains? Will prefer those that can come to the place to measure, very busy recently with work + reno, not much time to run around to get quotations.

Didn't see them, but most likely should be the same since our places quite new each other. I popped by around 6plus and the tilers told us the window ppl just left.

Floor tiles and kitchen wall tiles all up. Haven't seen the living rm flooring's workmanship yet because its all covered but Yeak's tilers did a very good job for the toilets and kitchen. Wife is very happy with their work. Tell them I said thanks if you see them

Meeting Yeak later to discuss our electrical points and we'll chase him for carpentry ideas and colors too.

Btw, lesson to be learnt... we happy happy choose our hob from a brochure but didn't read the specifications & description. Picture in the brochure looked like a glass hob but turned out to be stainless steel hob... must be its 'professional' photography... Got to go down to Royal Fanco again later to select another new hob, lucky Henry is real nice. Great service from them.

living room flooring won't be seen for some time...hehe we took a peak at the sides when they just finished laying....other than that got to wait till painting and ceiling works done...

if possible, ask from him the laminates samples for you to have an idea and make some choices...have you thought of how many shelvings, drawers you want for the carpentry?

henry provides very good after sales service...and he very easy to talk to....

We very kwai, they taped the protective covering so nicely that we didn't want to peel it off to take a look. Ya, going to ask him for the laminate samples, last week he said somebody's holding on to them, anyone here;)

Going to list out all the places & people which provided good service as a future reference for the others. Hope other companies/staff will see that by providing good and honest service, people will refer more business to them.
