Low Quality Products

Dear all,

Recently I just finish doing my 3room Flat renovation. I was really dissapointed with all the products the contractor provide for me. I paid about 30K for my whole house renovation such as doors, shower screen, kitchen cabitnet, lighting and wardrobe. I found that all the items he provided for me all are very low quality. Especially the Bi-Fold toilet door, I just use about one month only, the whole door came out. I called to the contractor complaint, he told me what I paid is what I get. I was very angry with their service.

I checked with my friend, he also stay in the 3room flat, he just finish do his house renovation also. I went up his house, I realized that all the items his contractor provided for him all are very good quality. I thought he must paid a lot of money, but he said he paid about the same cost with me. I just wonder whether I get cheated by my contractor.

Anyone has such experience before ?

How can your contractor do that to you! Demand him to rectify or you will lodge complain to his boss or media la, it's only 1 month.

Btw, do you have the pictures, maybe can see whether it can be repaired.

What actually happen to your door? How much you paid for it? Did you misuse it? Any pictures..

Thanks for your responds, I already move in about one month..the bifold door come out and my wooden sliding door is starting to have problem also..very difficult to slide..

I am already very frustrated..my wife always complain to me also that make me even more frustrasted. I think i would like to change the new one with a good quality but not so expensive because I had spent a lot of money.

Any one has better recommendation..

OIC......... complain and bug your contractor till he rectify. Usually these jobs got some 3-6 months of warranty, right?

Ya i think you should get a good quality door to stop your wife from complaining.. I understand how she feels but once bitten twice shy.. So i suggest you go take a look @ besglas.. F.Y.I its not cheap but i belive its alot better than the one you are having now.. At least they have a showroom, should you encounter any problem still can find them right.. I guess you are unable to find your contractor to settle your problems??

Wooden sliding door difficult to slide I maybe able to help u solve it...save some cost. If u need my service, let me know....of course my service don't come cheap.. a cup of coffee if able to solve your problem.
