Help Needed On Aircon

Hi, hope to get some advise here..

I have a Toshiba Inverter for 6yrs. Recently, its not working. I called the agent for troubleshooting and they told me that the PCB at the outer unit is spoilt and a PCB replacement cost $900+.

And he added that bcos the PCB not working, he is not able to determine that if there’s any issue with the compressor.

Is there any way to get a 2nd hand PCB? If end up my compressor is faulty as well, then shd it be best to change out everything?

i got this contact for you, but i didnt personally engage him for any aircon service. he's been recommended by other forum users. I read that he's a honest air con guy.
