Presently, under going to purchase an EM at bukit batok with access area..... Need to find out how much to fully renovation an EM which is totally run down....

Need to tear down everything and redo.... Like flooring, windows, toilet, kitchen, gate, door, rewiring and etc.... And lastly, any good, reliable and budget id/ contractors to recommend???
