Estimate Of Small Renovation Works

Greetings

Just completed my 1st appointment for a 4a in tampines blk 366

here's what i planned to do for simple renovation

removed existing kitchen cabinet and hack concrete kitchen foundation

redo whole kitchen,maybe using postform and glossy laminates. ...est total 20ft

replace new kitchen sink, toilets 2 x wc & basin. bathroom accessories

spray paint epoxy for kitchen 2toilets,wall and flooring.

laminate with tarkett living and 3 bedrooms est =5.5k

remove false ceiling ,and spotlights living room

replaster,paint with sealer for whole house.using dulux wash n wear teflon

replace electrical trunking and reposition electrical switches and plugs. most probably using legrand mallia range

anybody can rough out an estimate for the above jobs and can recommend a contractor?
