I need to calculate my reno budget, and will need at least the following items done up... can someone help me estimate the cost for such work (assume contractor, no design required, 95sqm 4A1 flat).

1) Hack kitchen cabinet 3.2m long

2) Remove kitchen wall tiling

3) Construct L-Box to hide piping

4) Construct platforms for fridge and washer

5) Lay homogenous flooring tiles 300mm x 150mm (area 1.25m x 4.15m)

6) Lay full height wall tiles for kitchen (2.5m x 4.2m)

7) Hack built-in TV console (2m x 1m)

8) Install shower screen (glass) for one bathroom

9) Install 4 wall fans

10) Painting for 4-room flat (5 colours)

2) Remove kitchen wall tiling - $500

3) Construct L-Box to hide piping - $250

4) Construct platforms for fridge and washer - $70 x 2

5) Lay homogenous flooring tiles 300mm x 150mm (area 1.25m x 4.15m) - $450

6) Lay full height wall tiles for kitchen (2.5m x 4.2m) -$2200

7) Hack built-in TV console (2m x 1m) - $100

8) Install shower screen (glass) for one bathroom - $380

9) Install 4 wall fans - $200
