Guest Report post Posted May 1, 2009 Very nicely done IMO , look as good as a condo unit Care to share how much you spend on renovations ? Thanks! Wish the price it fetches in future would be like a condo too! Overhauling the whole unit ie renovation w/o furnishings was approx $30k. Guess it's more or less there for an old flat. Guest Report post Posted May 1, 2009 Very nice. the segregation of space has been done very well without using any full height walls to make the space look small. Opens up the house and makes it more spacious! NICE NICE! Yeah, guess the glass helps. House still needs a fair bit of accessories to spruce it up tho. Still plain. Even the shoe cabinet is not in yet. Can't seem to find one due to the small space I have. Guess it'll have to be custom made.

Guest Report post Posted May 1, 2009 Is the dining light expensive? how much is it? It cost something like $230 from Chan Huat at Balestier. To be honest, I regret buying it. Not really nice la.
pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 1, 2009 I like your dining table!! Little accents to the house can be bought slowly. No rush... Whenever you see something nice and within your budget (esp when you travel) you can just purchase.

Guest Report post Posted May 2, 2009 I like your dining table!! Little accents to the house can be bought slowly. No rush... Whenever you see something nice and within your budget (esp when you travel) you can just purchase. Thanks. Yeah, I know what u mean... Was thinking of going to Thailand to get the art pieces etc. Any idea where to get affordable accessories like vases etc? Places like Lifestorey are way too expensive. Guest Report post Posted May 2, 2009 the lights not bad. but wonder will it swing when there is wind? Hmmm...I wonder too. So far nothing cos I think the glass partition blocks the wind from the main door.

pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 What kind of vases? Ikea has quite a number of plain ones which you can put nice stuff inside. If you want patterned ones or enamel ones then i think travelling will give you the best options.
