trashley 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2009 trashley, ur place is near the park right, great it is peaceful and not rowdy. hmm ur workplace is near? don't tell me u're teaching? there's a lot of schools in yishun. when are u planning to start reno? hehe... i don't think i have the passion for teaching. i'm in the finance industry. reno has already started on 6 apr. most probably take 6-8weeks according to my ID. trashley 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2009 Welcome! mmMm looks like a good buy! the floors can be saved and all. the floor will look really good after polishing well... i thought so too. can save $$, just polish and the floor will look as good as new. BUT! on final inspection day after all furnitures were removed, saw that the floor was badly stained. asked around and determined that the stains were so bad that polishing was never able to remove it completely. so, we're going to hack the broken marble and change to 80cm X 80cm homogeneous tiles.
