Oh I see, yeah, encountered that problem before, so now for me - same person different numbers, I call them Abc - HP, Abc - Off, Abc - home. If it's Mr Yeak, will he provide u his own layout design or u just tell him wht u wan and he will do according to it? Cos i just called him and ask to email my floorplan to him and he will quote us a price. But how will he quote us if he doesnt knw wht we wanna do? How did it works out for u when u approach him? How did it works out for u when u approach him? hi pinkydot! i'm using yeak. for us we went to his shop to look for him with our floorplan and discuss everything with him at one go as by that time we have already met a few ids. see which is convenient for you? if time is a factor, emai the floor plan first, he will most likely find out what you want before quoting. with a floorplan, its easier for him to know what you are talking about when he has the floorplan on hand... or you can try to arrange to meet him if your time allows......sometimes got to be a bit thick skin. my hubby will call him quite regular before quotation and during reno. one thing i can assure you he had quite good control over the works and time line....if he can't do it, will let you know....
