need some advise from you guys.... 3 yrs ago applied BTO, income less than 8K... goin to get key in July this yr...and our income now is 8.3K.. are we stil able to get HDB loan?

HDB very strict on this 8k ceiling.

No, they will want u to show income during key collection time should you want to enjoy the concessionary interest rate.

Yes, you can still take loan from HDB but at market rate.

I think it is better u call up and check with the officer, better prepared yourself a bank loan(lower rate now?) so as not to delay your key collection.

rather than hearing advices from others, is best to check with HDB whom they can provide you with the correct answer all the best!
