Its just a week difference but so happy that we could get it a week earlier than before The agent was asking when do we want to move in, he could make arrangements for us (since the occupants already outstation for months). The house was still unsold and after 3 months they did another valuation which became $355k. Guess the owner knew it wasnt easy to sell it off coz they knock down a wall and the fact that the house is small, so the lowest they would accept is $340k, based on the 1st valuation.
