spoiltbabe 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2009 Congrates on ur good buy! That's a really big change in mind on the owner's side. Fr 15k COV to 15k below val. hehehe.. Good for u! we are really lucky. Guess the Owner knew the difficulty in selling off the unit bcoz of the floor area and the fact that they knock down a wall.

apples 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2009 Congrats on your new home, a very convenient location and somemore 15k below value! Looks like move-in condition too, so you still going to do some minor renovation?
spoiltbabe 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2009 (edited) thanks apples! Nah, we aren't gonna do any reno, getting a well-renovated house was in the plan so we do not need to fork out money to pay for it. Now is planning to fill up the house.. keke.... Okay, i have a list in mind of what we need to get: - - Refrigerator - Washing machine - Dining table (4-seater) - L-shaped sofa - Ceiling fan - TV console - Fish tank .... and these are what we shall get when our finance permits: - - coffee table - change the swing kitchen door to sliding type - sofa bed - doggie! - Edited April 13, 2009 by spoiltbabe

choi-lim(*^o^*)♪ 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2009 Yes, right on the spot! I should have thought of posting the url here... haha! hehe.. after hearing your description, I thought this must be the one. I was looking at it drooling but me and hubby decided against it as we prefer a bigger unit. We were initially looking at Whampoa area cos it was near my mum's place but in the end, we got a unit near macpherson. congrats on your GREAT buy!! Can save alot of reno money and just spend on furnitures etc. And you dun even have to pay COV.... so good....
