우리집: Home Sweet Home Of H & J

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to this forum and this is my first posting. Me and HB have bought a 4A unit at Macpherson and is waiting for our first appt. (^o^).

Very excited about it as we are finally going to get our own place after living with in-laws for 1 year plus since our wedding.

This is the floor plan of our unit. (with some of my own ideas) --- Please feel free to comment or give suggestions

Yes Yes... I find it very orbiang too... The whole house is very very blue.... Feels like swimming in the ocean...

Is it the lighting... or the floor tiles are really green? Rarely see green floor tiles leh. And they really have a open concept kitchen!!!! Seems like they like green a lot. And the blue bedroom is really quite shocking. Nice layout :)

Yup, the tiles in the living and bedroom are slightly green... Want to get rid of it... But not sure if I should hack / overlay / laminate... We are on a tight budget

Hack. overlaying is always a risk. What is your budget like?

Judging from what you said about the toilets.. they are in bad condition... so you'll probably want to change kitchen cabinets and floor tiles, floor tiles for entire unit + 2 toilets overhaul? + painting...

Anything I missed out? The cornice doesn't look that bad... can keep ba.
