pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 They'll probably bring in the sand and tiles next. Your guppies are so cute!
guy77 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 oh. then i will see sand and my TILES!!! keke. everything's progressing quite well. ya. i have long given up on guppies cos the aquarium shop i frequent seldom sell female guppies. This time I saw, then I bought a few to rear. Nice to see them grow from baby to adult guppy.
pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) Remember to bring the samples that you got when you were selecting... Match them with the tiles delivered, then paste masking tape on the samples with the chinese words for where they belong ok? Like 厨房地 外面厕所地 墙 etc. hehe are guppies very hard to rear? I dunno cos I didn't have... I used to have Beta last time though.. mm Edited May 13, 2009 by pinkpetter
guy77 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 thanks for the tip. i will go buy masking tape tmr. guppies not hard to rear. easy lor. i find goldfish the hardest to rear
pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 Need marker also.. the permanent kind we use for names? Masking tapes / rough paper and marker will be your best friends. Cos everytime you spot something which may not be too nice.. or something they forget to tear down, etc, quickly TAG the thing so that the workers see it the next day and they do it. Simple things you can "instruct" them in this manner so as to lessen delays. Cos if you tell Uncle Soon sometimes he may not rem to tell the workers.
preciousjam 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 happy to see your progress...its going well...lots of debris to clear...mine too...the contractor told me one day not enough....
guy77 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2009 pink: the instructions u write to the workers in english or chinese? preciousjam: ya lor. just now when i was leaving at 530pm, the workers told me that they will do work until 8 tonight to clear all the debris. but i seriously doubt they can finish cos only 2 workers. nonetheless, my mum went to buy bread and drinks for them just in case they are hungry
