MrsFrog 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2009 we bought it at 478k w/o cov initially we think its expensive but my agent convinced us that its a steal considering location and floor area .. 130sqm its a good size for us cos my ils are staying w us too and we hv got two lil kiddos. yup yup we luuurve the layout! I'm going through so much hassle now for the stupid recess. mm think your new layout looks good but how are you going to place your sofa then? In the study area portion? It's really a good buy! When I was looking at Bishan, I coudn't find a good deal...so settled in pasir ris. THe area is also big and the access balcony is something i really loved!
