Hi newnyew, actually there were 2 contractors doing our reno, flooring & electrical+ceiling. I'm coordinating both contractors' works... so far everything went very well according to schedule. For reno works, Flooring + 2 Toilets (except kitchen) = $13k *Using $3.20 white homo polished tiles, $3/$3.30 toilets' wall tiles Electrical works = $1.9k Ceiling works = $900 So total is $16k. Flooring work cost around 6k, each toilet ard 3k, paint 1k. Don't forget all tiles are above 3 dollars & include debris/haulage. The pebble wash flooring costs around 350 only.
