There are things to be kept in mind before selling the HDB without the agent that is check whether you are eligible to sell your flat or not, you think that agents can sale better because they are having sales experience but now you can do so by advertising your flat on various internet portal. while they give response to your add just wait for that and in that mean while tidy up your flat so that you can give date to them to come and visit your flat.
