Everman79 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 Hi, My baby gerl is starting to crawl now and b4 long, she will be running all over. So i need to install window grilles for all my flat windows. At the same time, my wife needs more storage space for the kitchen so asking me to install more cabinet. Qn: Would it be more economical, $$-savvy for me to i) get one contractor to do both major works or ii) engage two separate contractors to do the separate jobs? I dun mind doin the coordination work etc. Appreciate the Renotalk-ers advices!!!
lawry 3 Report post Posted March 11, 2009 Definitely 2 different contractors. Source for one to do the windows, and another to do the kitchen. If you can afford the time to do the coordination work, you can bypass all the markup prices and middleman costs.
