Called Uncle to tell him I need to meet him to finalise the VO and whatever amendments made along whole process and those cancelled etc. I still pretty much prefer a PD door, told Uncle I intend to go the the PD Door Specialist and order my door, he is ok with it. Hopefully Uncle remembers to call me on wed or thurs. Need to go up tomorrow to check on the progress and see my pebble wash floor Glad that you decided on pd door and getting the professional to do you will love it. Heard that there is many maintainance problem with PD door . If you insist of PD door, he will ask you to purchase direct from PD door and ask them to install. Problem of PD door is whenever you have guest coming, you will have to explain how to use it. If not it is easily damaged. Bi-fold door will not trap water. The rail is a inverter "T". Have been using for more than 10 years and no algae yet. Only problem sometime the rail not smooth and got to use sandpaper to smoothen and apply WD40.
