seems like u're doing a major overhaul. the 3d proposed design color theme is good. red can tone down the industrial look of cement screed flooring. good balance. ;)

yes you are right! we hack everything up except the room doors, main doors and iron grilles, surprisingly good condition after 20+years. we just chose the chilly red, something more spicy and louder than the 3d pics.

I think ur pics really justify the need for a revamp in ur house. The 3D pics looks very very nice. :good:

Hi Praisey,

Cute little doggies you have there. Hard to imagine anyone would ever wanna abandon them in the first place.

I have a mini-schnauzer myself. She's already 5 but still retains a small, petite frame of an older puppy (Taiwanese breed). :)

The concept for your place is really great. I share the same layout except my current flat's the mirror opposite. Hacking away the storeroom will make the place look more spacier. I've also seen before where some people hack the wall of Bedroom 2 to create a really nice living space and cozy area.

muahahaha..my father's 3D feature wall in 1986. He kept some side tiles for me, thought that i might keep the wall after hacking the store room.

Your Kitchen 2 hor, the orangey and beige colour cupboards besides the WM, is for putting what huh? sorry huh, i'm a bit suaku here. but the overall modern look is there. very nice combi of colours here
