Steam Room In Hdb Master Toilet

Has anyone installed a steam room in a HDB toilet. Saw one which comes with a rain shower, steam, music, massage blasts, etc

Was quoted about $3000 by AOS bathroom.

Or is there anywhere else where I can look these up with other stores?

Last but not least, I was recommended by another store than a multipoint heater can be used instead of a storage unit for rain shower. It seems a multi point can provide the necessary pressure. Is this true?
