We discussed with the seller and he has agreed to allow us rent 1 bedroom from 1st appointment to Completion Day. It's verbal agreement, no contract. The owner may be questioned by IRAS for not declaring rental income The owner can charged YOU for illegal trespassing if they not happy with you Well, just draft a simple tenancy agreement to protect yourself if you are afraid.
