Lightings For Kitchen And Bathrooms

Hi everybody,

Would like to seek your opinions on the types of lightings that we can use for the Kitchen and Bathrooms.

We always see postings of lightings for Living Rooms, Hallways, foyers, etc,... but seldom on lightings for Kitchens and Bathrooms.

So, any ideas that we can share here please ?

T5 Undercabinet lighting for bottom of upper cabinet and suspended kitchen cabinet.

Use more than 2 false ceiling downlights to avoid shadows. I find most kitchens underlighted, especially when dark surface colours are selected.

Pinpetter, thank you,...... but are there any nice ones and suitable for wet areas ? After all, the Kitchen and Bathroom are qute wet.....

I was told that it is better for all kitchen and bathroom lights to be covered with casing, avoid exposed bulbs. Cooking fumes and moisture will cause faster deterioration of the bulb and the bulb holder, if they are exposed.

This kitchen light installed by the previous flat owner really met the approval of my reno shifu. He was full of praise for it
