HDB - non concealed wiring. Condo - concealed wiring so more cost for hacking, relocate and plaster back.

I'm not giving my electrician no. to anyone anymore. Cos my electrician complaint to me, he had been making wasted trips to owners' hse to give a quote and in return, most of them use the quotation to press down their contractors or ID electrical work pricing. So I see no point of recommend or passing the contact at all. In fact, I had tested it myself and most of the owners really do it this way, so it was a wasting of time for us to go down and quote.

This is the quote for my electrician, if the price is ok for u, then PM me, once my electrician goes down, is to sign quotation. If not, don't bother to ask for contact at all.

Electrician's work is very important, as some like to take short cut and did not lay the truncking nicely. Mine was quite badly done and is considering to touch up the mess.

Are you a condo or HDB? As HDB is not allowed to have conceal wirings.

I decided to use Jason's Electrician, will update on their workmanship in a few weeks time.

I used Jason's electrician, today they have completed the cabling for the lighting, switches and sockets. I personally find their pricing is competitive and easy to communicate. I will give further feedback on their workmanship after the installation of downlight, switches and sockets.
