Actually.. Me go throught Classified Ad and found this

renovation contractor under D. finity Interior

Which operation from a HDB flat

Blk 4XX Pasir Ris Dr 6

#0X-4XX Singapore 5104XX

The price quote seem very reasonable...

so wondering...

if anyone have done their renovation under D. finity Interior

and how the work done?

good , Normal or Bad?

and can ask.

if payment to contractor..

normally payment is break into stage..

if stage 1 and 2..

signing contract and before commence of work..

Contractor ask from 70 % of total payment...

Is it too high??

That is high for askin 70% n wat if he runaway yr 70% of yr money in the total contract?
