Hi, has anyone use Inner Room before? any recommendation?

Am asking them for quote now... quite fast response and approachable so far, quote very fast, but quite expensive.... they do not include plumbing and electrical works, not all in one, we will have to source own plumber, electrican and air-con contractor if award job to them. Anyone has good opinion of them here?

One gd point to note is, they offers lifetime warranty on renovation and claim to have zero defects. Am trying to get references.

Lifetime warranty?? Means anything spoil or defects say 5 years down the road,they will still come and do it up for you at no charge??

The lady says lifetime warranty certificate will be given upon job completion.... I only hope nothing happens within next 5-10 yrs after renovate, cos by then, either we re-renovate or sold off to new owners who will certainly want to change their look of their new home to suit their own personal tastes...

i think its only for workmanship/manufacturer's defects......and i think......onus lies with you to prove whether its workmanship defects or due to users (ie. your) fault.........
