Leew 0 Report post Posted February 24, 2009 To begin, I'm co-ordinating all the work myself and not getting any ID/contractor to do it, need your advise on payment to painter.... He's asking me for deposit of $200 before work commence. May I know do I pay the balance after he has done all the touch up work (ie after all the cabinets are installed) or pay the balance when he has completed painting the house but before coming back for touch up?
