Reno My Resale 5 Room, Id Advise Needed

Hi All

Will be doing our reno for our resale 5 room(119sqm) end Jun or Jul... now doing homework first..... after reading through, we have zoom in on the following:

1. Tau Interior

2. U-Home

3. Plush Living

Welcome anyone to recommend ID firm that they have engaged and have got a good experience.

Just to check, is 30K to 40K budget enough to do the following:

1. Homo tiles for living, kitchen and 2 toilets

2. Overlay laminate for 3 bedrooms

3. Built in wadrobe for 3 bedrooms

4. rewire whole hse, re-piping (hot and cold), painting, hacking, haulage etc

5. tv console for living and master bedroom

6. window grill

7. solid top for kitchen

8. kitchen cabinet for top and bottem

9. wall tiles for kitchen and 2 toilets

10. vanity top for 2 toilets

11 storage cabinet for 2 toilets

12. storage cabinet **** room (act as a store room)... me hse no store room....

Yes, seems to be quite general and simple.

It should be enough..However, do look around for more ID firms and get the best quotation.
