T5 Fluroscent Batten

Does anyone know where sells philips brand 4ft T5 fluorescent batten i.e. the holder than holds the T5 fluorescent tube.

u can try kum eng huat for the philips or alternatively try kim siah for osram both at veerasamy road.but usually it comes in a complete set with the fitting and the tube.
