The Long Awaited Nest

Recommended Posts

It's finally my turn to create a t-Blog here!

After 3 years of BTO and DBSS, we desperately entered the Resale Market in June 2008.

Viewing flats from Tampines 5I to Tampines 4A to Tampines 3NG to Pasir Ris 5A, we finally settled at Pasir Ris 4A with 332K + 8K. Though we really loved Tampines, but it is way above our budget, so Pasir Ris here we come! Not to forget we do get another $10k grant for staying near my parents teehee!

Spam chop and congrates on ur new home! Wah... It's so nice to stay near IKEA... Can always go there for meatballs and salmon. :P

Ur place looks very well kept. The kitchen also seems very nice. Is the floor in the service balcony tiles or those vinyl covering?

looks good!but maybe u want to remove the bedroom cabinet and change of the toilet wall and floor tiles,,,kitchen and lving area seems good!!! :good:

Yes, jus what we planned. Hack the bedroom cabinet totally. definitely changing the toilet floor and tiles but quite pricey. kitchen floor tiles have to change too! our budget only ard $25k for everything!

The living room floor looks quite ok but the kitchen flooring is really quite old...

Agreed! we r keeping the living room floor and overlaying the kitchen flooring.

congrats! another easterner :dancingqueen:

kitchen cabinet seems to be in a very gd condition.. keeping or hacking?

KEEP! :)

Your place very near Ikea, does that make your flat more pricier than those further in?

i believe it does play a part!
