ashes02 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2009 (edited) It's finally my turn to create a t-Blog here! After 3 years of BTO and DBSS, we desperately entered the Resale Market in June 2008. Viewing flats from Tampines 5I to Tampines 4A to Tampines 3NG to Pasir Ris 5A, we finally settled at Pasir Ris 4A with 332K + 8K. Though we really loved Tampines, but it is way above our budget, so Pasir Ris here we come! Not to forget we do get another $10k grant for staying near my parents teehee! Photos!!
