Hi all, i'll b collecting my keys for my resale flat on 9/3/09. actually gt a fren of mine to quote me in Jan, he mentioned will quote in Feb. So i said fine. Suppose to quote me last week, but quote nv come, then i sms him, he say will quote me on last tues. till nw no quote..

so im giving up on him, perhaps mine is minor reno, tts why they nt keen. Any contractor to recommend? Please PM me cos im doing the below:

- Hack & dismantle Kitchen Cabinets & rebuild kitchen cabinet with solid top

- Dismantle MBR Headboard & side table

- Hacking of partition wall near main door

- Hacking of MBR toilet's cabinet

- Removal of toiletbowl & sink and re-install of new ones

Roughly at what kind of price range am I looking at? And also about hw long?

As i cannot pm u the below are base on your discriptions:

- Hack & dismantle Kitchen Cabinets (180) & rebuild kitchen cabinet with solid top (est 4k-5k)

- Dismantle MBR Headboard & side table (180)

- Hacking of partition wall near main door (120)

- Hacking of MBR toilet's cabinet (180) Note: tiles may be affected during dismantle work done

- Removal of toiletbowl & sink and re-install of new ones (est 500 per toilet)

The rest based on contractor price is roughly around $800-$900.
