Hi all,

New to the forum as I'm checking out the internet for renovation cost... waiting for my 1st appointment for a resale flat...

Can FLY or Aubrey pass me zack contact also? Much appreciated as budget is tight with upcoming chinese wedding dinner to pay for as well.

sure i can pass u his contact, will pm u. i have 2 tho, u can check them out. can just say u were recommended by the xiao mei at waterloo st, perhaps they will know u were referred but their prices are so far all ok.

Thanks for the advice Your help is much appreciated.. Some websites of IDs just give package quotes, so just learning from here so that I can be more knowledgeable about the prices and all...

i was surprise too when i saw your post. I just got a 3rm resale @ telok blangah cres, it's a corner unit abt 76sqm. I'm currently looking for contractors to reno my place cos most of the IDs i went to quoted ard 25k for complete reno.

i saw the pics of your kitchen and shoe cabinet if you are staying in semb!! zack is a nice guy, totally forgot we shifted our meeting from tues to mon so he called me in the office and had to wait for me

so far his quotes are pretty standard and he seems to be straightforward and i did tell him my irritation earlier that day with this other ID that quoted me 29k with no floor plan layout of what is to be done nor any explanation of the various costs of what was in his quote, dropped him like a hot potato.

hope that zack is the one to deliver.

ps: i think he said chrome piping is ex followed by s/s then cheapest is copper.

bingo, my house is in sembawang, hope you like the design too. Zack is really a good guy. I have never regret signing up with him.

hee hee ya i saw your shoe cabinet. not bad! asked zack about the cost but he say cannot rmb.. and also your kitchen but from the pic i cant see much. ya i told him abt my budget. then he told me if can or cannot do. so not too bad. hope he is earnest and dont give me some high quote.
