Agree with limwilly that their price is reasonable. Their workmanship is also good and the IDs are responsible and reliable. No harm seeking their help and you can compare their quotations with the other IDs. Defong's quotes should be one of the cheapest. Yap, you may wish to view their showflats and should go and take a look. Some IDs just give empty promises but when asked to view their showflats, they will give u 1001 excuses and just show pictures. But Jeremy or William will bring you to their existing ones to prove to you their work.

Think you can just tell Jeremy or William that you are recommended by forum and should be getting a good discount. I did that by telling them that forum says that Defong is VERY good and they actually give me a very good quotes.

currently i enaged William as my id, reno work start on next monday

the price is reasionable,

i redo my kitchen & 2 toilet including wall floor kitchen cabinet toilet bowl & basin, plastering & painting for whole house, demolish kitchen wall, L-box **** & full tampered glass partition & door at kitchen entrance for $20500.

before sign i been to their showflat at senk kang. you can also request for viewing their showflat.

Had met this guy, William & also Jermey too. Qutie a friendly & easy-going guy...

We had discussion alot of detail on my request of the renovation of my house, there are some changes on the initial planning of my design due to the design of my house, but we manage to solve some of it & some had to forgo so sad...

After then they had request to revise the quotation back to me & had got their revised quotation. Shocked to have seen the length of my kitchen cabinet but still within my bedget or maybe had to forgo some of the cabinet...

I am now still considering whether to engage them or not, well if engage them I will had to ask them to show me some of their show flat as I am more concerne about their workship...

plastering, painting, general cleaning, haulage n rubbish chute - $2440

laminate flooring whole house - $3260

tampered glass at kitchen - $1580

Total after less $20500.
