I read somewhere where forummers have to submit a defect list? so wat do we have to look out? HDB will help us fix all the damages? Pls advise! Thanks a lot! I'm also waiting for my completion and called up HDB, they say its between seller and buyer to settle the defects n HDB is only acting on behalf to complete the paper work required for the transaction.
