Appreciate someone could tell if there is any chance for PR's to buy units from Linear green@Bedok.

I understand it is new and all picked from Ballot's any chance of secondary market resale in this units?.

How to buy resale from the unit?its less than a year old..

The last time HDB released a few units for sale in the last ballot..maybe the next round HDB will release a few more.

Standard HDB rules,

1) Since these are new HDB flats, they can only be resold 5 years later (ie around 2012-2013)

2) You need one Singaporean and one PR to form a family nucleaus to buy

i buy or ballot every quarterly or whenever there is hdb launched ...

to me, it ok. pretty exp to be honest.
