A simple and modernistic appeal.. as for the balcony..im gonna go with full chengai wood decking and perhaps a water feature with bamboo outdoor lounge chairs.. But i was the lucky one that received the sms for the walk in selection one night and without hesitation, i chiong down to queue... lucky i was like queue no. 70.... for the queue with 100 plus left over units.
