anyone knows where I can find lockset for such glass panels.. no frame just one big piece of glass..

Small prob here... I bet there's no lockset suitable for u... Unless construct new glass door wif lockset opening...

I reckon u still need to drill holes into the glass door in order to hold the latch. And that is not something u can achieve.
