Hi,

Just to add on, sometimes there is only one parent company that is RADAC registered, then the ID companies spawn brother sister companies to save themselves from registering for GST.

But ultimately the one registering with HDB reno permit will be using the parent ID, where the brother sister companies will be the sub-contracter of your renovation. This is based on my understanding...

I'm talking to a few ID and that's what they say.

Believe it or not, still up to us, but we have to work with someone, so I think rapport is important with any ID.

Frankly, apart from the first 2, I've not heard of the rest ...

Maybe it's because I've only shopped for IDs in IMM.

I am going down to IMM next week to shop for ID for my enbloc apartment that is coming out ... I dunno why, but I can only think of IMM when I think of ID. ;p

It is a brand new firm, but from their website the works seems good.

There are so many disputes happened between owners and these RADAC IDs/contractors.. so it may not be gd.. but at least at the end of the day, u can still find an agency to complain though they will help these ids/contractor firms instead of helping u.. cos they are the one paying them $$.. so who u think they will help?
