if NTUC is the X-TRA solely selling non-edible stuff like plastic wares, trolley and the likes. Not the normal NTUC with the food and all. Simei have if u live in the east.

Saw it at TPY HDB Hub NTUC Fairprice outlet... On the shelf that sells party stuff like paper plates, plastic spoons etc.
